The Council provides a land and property service which includes: sales, lettings, acquisitions, property management and professional property advice
As part of this service, we offer a variety of land and property to the public for sale or rent. Properties can include shops, offices and industrial units.
Land sales can be of small areas providing garden extensions, through to individual plots and to major residential sites around the Rotherham area, as well as sites for commercial and industrial development.
