Welfare Rights Service

The Welfare Rights Service offers free, confidential and impartial advice on benefits. We can help with claims and appeals for benefits such as Disability Living Allowance, Attendance Allowance, Employment Support Allowance, Carers Allowance, Income Support and Pension Credit. We specialise in:

  • Benefits for children and young people with special needs and their families

  • Benefit claims for people receiving non residential social services such as home care or who have a support worker

  • Claims for people who are terminally ill

  • We also deliver a service for people with COPD at Breathing Space, Badsley Moor Lane on Thursdays and Fridays, telephone 01709  512216.

We will try to make an appointment for you as soon as possible and can visit you at home.
