What is a social care review?
We aim to review your care needs annually or if your needs have changed you can contact us by phoning Assessment Direct on 01709 822330. You can inform us if you require more or less support. We will also discuss the level of support your family, carer's or friends give you. We can also assess their needs too, if they would like.
A review is when a social worker or social services officer visits you in your own home to discuss the level of support you are already receiving to make sure it is still meeting your needs. Occasionally, we may telephone you to do this. A family member, carer or a friend may be present, if you wish to have someone with you, when we visit.
