Bond/Deposit
Normally we require a bond equivalent to the value of 1 months rent. However, this can vary depending upon the landlord. All bonds received from tenants are secured in The Deposit Protection Service. This is a legal requirement for all landlords and secures your money as a tenant and safeguards against any damage to the property for the landlord. If you cannot afford the deposit, we may be able to provide you with some assistance.
