Rent
You are legally obliged to pay the full monthly rent as stated on your tenancy agreement. However you may be entitled to assistance towards your rent in the form of Local Housing Allowance. This can be assessed separately. Before the property is occupied 1 months rent in advance must be received. If you cannot afford the first month in advance, assistance may be provided to help you with this. We normally request that a standing order be set up, so you need to have a bank account that accepts this facility.
