Repairs
Repairs caused by wear and tear are the landlord's responsibility. However, any damage caused by you as tenant must be rectified as soon as possible. We have the facility of a Handy Persons Service at an extremely competitive rate. Any repairs not carried out which are the tenant's responsibility will be deducted from the bond on termination.
