Tenancy Checks
Tenancy Checks
An officer will visit you within 2 weeks of moving into the property to ensure you have settled into your new home. They will report any issues required on the property and conduct a tenant satisfaction survey. Our officers will carry out a quarterly check on the property to identify any maintenance or repairs required and assess how you as the tenant are managing the tenancy.
