Termination of tenancy
If you wish to terminate your tenancy before the end of the 6 month fixed term, you are responsible for the rent up to the end of the agreement or until a replacement Tenant is found. You need to give 1 month's notice in writing. We will carry out a termination check prior to you leaving to ensure the property is left in the same condition as per the start of the tenancy. If you paid a cash bond, this will be returned to you on successful completion of this.
