Training Competency Frameworks

Multi-agency training arrangements are in place to help us maximising the support available and to help us to identify risks and needs in Rotherham communities. We have a strong multi-agency approach to training and development, with shared responsibility and shared ownership.

This training must meet the complex needs that you have as professionals and be tailored to the level of training you need for your specific role. Our training frameworks outline key competencies to specific public and voluntary sector roles. The frameworks include a combination of skills, knowledge, attitudes and values needed for safe and effective practice. You can download these frameworks below.
