Reservations
Reservations can be made over the telephone and will be held for five working days or until half an hour before curtain up (whichever is sooner). After this time tickets will be released.
Concessions
Reduced price tickets are available for children, senior citizen, Rothercard, disabled and equity members for some professional touring performances.
Family Ticket
Family Ticket includes either 1 adult and 3 children or 2 adults and 2 children
Group Bookings

Payment Methods
Tickets can be paid for by debit/credit card (50p charge per transaction), cheque and cash.
Ticket Exchange
Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Latecomers
Latecomers may be refused entry or they may be asked to wait for a suitable moment in the performance before taking their seat.
Parents/Guardians with Toddlers.
Baby changing facilities at the Civic Theatre are located in the disabled toilets.
Special Effects
Some performances may include the use of specialist equipment to enhance the atmosphere of the production, such as Pyrotechnics, Strobe Machines, Smoke or Haze Machines. In these cases clear warnings of such effects will be appropriately displayed within the foyer and an audible announcement made before the show. All smoke and haze fluids used are non-allergenic.
Digital and Analogue Media
The theatre maintains a strict policy against video recording and photography of performances. This is for copyright, safety and quality purposes. Any events where this is allowed, patrons will be appropriately informed. We ask that for the comfort of other patrons that in these cases flash photography is not used.
Smoking policy
Rotherham Theatres operate a strict policy of no smoking in all areas of the venues.
