Buy tickets online by using the online ticketing system

Please note bookings requiring any of the below can not be done online

  • Bookings requiring an allocated wheelchair space.
  • Bookings requiring the use of the audio commentary system
  • Bookings including people with special needs
  • Bookings for groups of 10 or more

The Civic Theatre box office is only open on performance days/evenings.

Daytime Open one hour prior to show start time  

Evening 5.30pm - close 30 minutes after start time. & Saturday 10am to 4pm

    Reservations

    Reservations can be made over the telephone and will be held for five working days or until half an hour before curtain up (whichever is sooner). After this time tickets will be released.

    Concessions

    Reduced price tickets are available for children, senior citizen, Rothercard, disabled and equity members for some professional touring performances.

    Family Ticket

    Family Ticket includes either 1 adult and 3 children or 2 adults and 2 children

    Payment Methods

    Tickets can be paid for by debit/credit card (50p charge per transaction), cheque and cash.

    Ticket Exchange

    Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.

    Latecomers

    Latecomers may be refused entry or they may be asked to wait for a suitable moment in the performance before taking their seat.
