Lost or Stolen travel pass

If you've lost your bus pass or have any enquiries related to concessionary travel passes, please contact Travel South Yorkshire directly.

Alternatively you can contact Travel South Yorkshire by Phone on: 0800 952 0002.

There opening times are: 

  • 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday
  • 8am to 7pm Saturday and Sunday
  • Previous page: Entitlement to a disabled person's pass
