The Council understands that it is difficult for social care providers to keep up with all the issued guidance and therefore has identified key documents that may be assistance to you. Keeping connected: Open and transparent communications in the time of COVID-19
This is a joint statement from the Relatives & Residents Association and the National Care Forum, endorsed by the Care Provider Alliance, the Care Quality Commission and Skills for Care.
