Putting your safety first during the change
All care workers and people who work for the care companies we have contracts with will carry photographic identification with the logo of the care company.
Please always ask to see their ID before letting them in to your home.
If you are unsure or feel unsafe do not let them in.

The letter that you received with this booklet contains the details of the company that will be providing your Home Care and Support.
For many people there will be no change. For others there will be a new company taking over your care from 1 April 2020.
In either case your care company will be in contact with you soon to discuss how you would like your care package to work.
