Location: Plantation Court, Dinnington
Cost: £350.00

Benefit: Installation of an eco-plastic bench to replace a wooden bench that has been damaged. Replacing the bench will provide residents with a more comfortable seating area that doesn’t look out of place within the surrounding area.

Project Ref. 035 - Bench at Kingswood Avenue
Location: Kingswood Avenue
Cost: £975.00
Supplier: Streetpride
Status: Order Raised
Benefit: A wooden bench located on a strip of grass behind the flats on Kingswood Avenue is in a very poor state of repair. The wood is rotting and the base of the bench is no longer secure which makes it no longer usable. I propose that the bench is removed and that an Eco-Plastic bench is installed which is in keeping with the are and allows a safe place for residents to once again sit.
Updates: Has been approved by the ward members and consultation with tenant                   repreentatives has been carried out and has now been ordered.

Benefit: A wooden bench located on the pavement outside 60 Breck Lane, Dinnington is in a poor state. The wood is rotting and there is a green alga growing on the wood which is slimy, preventing the residents from using it. I propose that the bench is removed and that an Eco-Plastic bench is installed which is in keeping with the are and allows a safe place for residents to once again sit.
Updates: Has been approved by the ward members and consultation with tenant representatives has been carried out and has now been ordered.
