Support for parents

  • Early Help - Early help services such as children’s centres and parenting classes are available for you to attend and participate in if you would want extra support in being a good parent. Your PA can help you access these settings; we can attend with you if this will help you feel more confident.
  • Rotherham Family Hub - Best Start in Life - The Rotherham Family Hubs are a partnership between the Council and local services, like the NHS and voluntary agencies. Families with children aged 0 to 19 (or up to 25 for those with additional needs) can access support across a range of areas. This includes health and wellbeing, education and childcare, family support and parenting, and employment and training. Rotherham Family Hubs has a key focus on supporting families to help children to have the very Best Start in Life. This includes a range of services from different organisations, located in one place and support is available for families with children aged 0 to 5.
