Healthy Relationships
Healthy relationships are about respect, trust, and feeling safe. They can be with friends, partners, family, or anyone important to you.
We will support you to:
- recognise the difference between healthy and unhealthy relationships
- build confidence in setting boundaries
- access advice on personal relationships, including safe sex, consent, and contraception
- get help if you are experiencing controlling, unsafe, or abusive relationships
