Support If You’re Aged 21–25
If you go into custody after you turn 21, you can still receive support until your 25th birthday. You can have a Personal Adviser (PA) if you want one. Your PA will stay in touch with you through calls, letters or visits.
If You Choose to Have a PA
You will receive:
- an updated Pathway Plan
- support with education, training, resettlement, money and emotional wellbeing
- an offer for your PA to meet you before your release to make sure everything is in place
If You Don’t Want a PA Right Now
We will still check in once a year to remind you that support is available. You can contact the Leaving Care Team at any time if you change your mind and want a PA.
