Having a say in your Pathway Plan. Your Personal Adviser (PA) will always listen to you when creating or reviewing your plan, making sure your wishes and goals are a focus.
Involvement in decisions from choosing your accommodation to planning your education, training, or work, we will make sure you are fully involved in decisions that affect you.
Feedback that makes a difference. If you tell us something is not working, we will listen and act. If you share what has gone well, we will build on it.
