Purpose and Background
We believe that tenants and residents should be able to participate in engagement activities without incurring personal costs. These guidelines outline the support available to tenants and residents who engage with Council-facilitated housing activities, including reimbursement of expenses, recognition of contributions, and access to support.
Tenants and residents are referred to as residents from here on in this document.
