Examples of this are:
- Reporting a missed bin collection
- Requesting a repair in your council home
- Telling us about a pothole, streetlight fault or fly-tipping
- Asking us to reconsider a decision or provide a service
Timescales for resolving a problem
Timescales vary depending on the service, but we always aim to:
- Acknowledge and log your request straight away
- Pass it to the correct service team
- Resolve the issue as quickly as possible under our normal operational timescales
