|Who are you||A local charity based in Rotherham that supports vulnerable young people ages 16 to 25|
Emergency accommodation for young people who are homeless, inappropriately housed, or at risk in their current accommodation.
Tenancy support for young people aged 16 to 25 who are in their own tenancies and require some support to manage it.
Supported accommodation for young people aged 16 to 25 who have demonstrated a housing need and are willing to engage with support. We support with finances, budgeting, health issues and independent living skills (for example, cooking and shopping).
Talent Match – a service for 18 to 24 year olds who are currently NEET. Support is given to get them work ready. For example, CV writing, applying for jobs, access to training, interview skills. We can also support financially for interview, for example, clothes, safety clothes, travel costs.
|Where and how accessed||Self referrals are accepted for all services except emergency accommodation. Referrals for emergency beds must be made through Key Choices.|
