The Electoral Register and Open register

We can only provide the legislative base costs, as the actual cost will need to be calculated at the point of request depending on the number of electors on the register(s) at the time.

Full Register, notices of alteration and Open (Edited) Register

• Data format: £20 plus £1.50 per 1,000 entries (or remaining part of 1,000 entries) in it
• Printed format: £10 plus £5 per 1,000 entries (or remaining part of 1,000 entries) in it

Open (Edited) Register

• Data format: £20 plus £1.50 per 1,000 entries or part thereof
• Printed format: £10 plus £5 per 1,000 entries or part thereof

The of £20 for a data copy or the £10 charge for a paper copy applies per parliamentary constituency register.

Marked Register

• Data format: £10 plus £1.00 per 1,000 entries or part thereof
• Printed format: £10 plus £2 per 1,000 entries or part thereof

The charge of £10 charge applies per parliamentary constituency register.

Please note: a request to purchase the electoral register will be actioned upon receipt of the request and payment of the applicable fee. Refunds of the fee are not available.
