Adult Care Online Customer Portal
The Adult Care online portal allows residents and professionals to submit referrals. Information submitted through the portal is used to assess and progress support.
Account lifecycle and retention
Portal accounts that remain inactive are automatically deactivated after 24 months, and deleted after 36 months. Where an account relates to submitted referrals or case information, statutory retention rules apply and early deletion is not permitted.
Professional users
If you use the portal as a professional, your employer is responsible for managing your access. When your work email account is disabled, for example when you leave an organisation, your portal access will automatically end.
