Our monitoring
Compliance and monitoring
We carry out regular checks and servicing to keep the building safe. This includes:
- weekly caretaker checks
- annual flat entrance fire-door inspections
- quarterly communal fire-door inspections
- routine servicing of all critical safety systems
We also publish a monthly compliance report for the Performance and Improvement Team.
Mandatory Occurrence Reporting (MOR)
A draft Mandatory Occurrence Reporting (MOR) procedure is in place to ensure the prompt reporting of serious safety concerns by residents, staff and contractors. This procedure will be finalised and reviewed each year to support continuous improvement.
Ongoing review
We continue to review our building safety processes, hold resident engagement sessions and make sure Beeversleigh remains safe, compliant and transparent in all safety-related decisions. Our policies and processes are regularly updated to reflect changing regulations and good practice.
