More information

We have dedicated ambulance and first aid services based at the showground over the weekend. If you do require medical attention at the show, please alert one of our show stewards who will radio for assistance.

Every effort is made to ensure a more accessible and enjoyable experience for disabled visitors, although it is advised that wheelchair users may experience some difficulty in negotiating areas off the tarmac paths.

Dedicated disabled parking is available in the car park at the Doncaster Road entrance to Clifton Park. Mobility scooters and wheelchairs will be available to hire from Parkgate Mobility in Plot 1 (opposite the children’s play area). While hire is free, photo ID will be required.

All enclosed spaces onsite are no smoking, including all tents and marquees and this includes electronic cigarettes. Please be responsible and respectful in open areas.

Lost Property

Any lost property found during the show should be taken to Event Control*.

There are many temporary toilets around the showground including disabled toilets which also have baby changing facilities. In addition permanent toilets can be found in the Water Play Area, Garden Building and Museum.

Lost Family

Rotherham Show gets very busy, so it may be helpful for your party to have an assembly point within Clifton Park should you become separated. Please ensure that children are with a responsible adult at all times and not allowed to roam around the show unattended.

If you find you have been separated from your child, please look for a show steward or go to Event Control*. If you find a child that is obviously lost please stay where you are and get someone else to alert a steward or go to Event Control*. Please DO NOT TRY AND TAKE THE CHILD ANYWHERE, someone will come to you.

TIP: Take a photo of your child/children on your mobile phone on the morning you are visiting Rotherham Show so you have their clothing, hair style, and an up to date photo on hand at all times.

Show Information

A list of trade stands, programme of events and detailed map of the showground will be in the show programme which will be available over the weekend. However, staff around the showground will be on hand to help with any enquiries you might have and there will also be at a dedicated Information Point, located at the Middle Lane entrance to Clifton Park.
