New at this year's Rotherham Show

Mersey Belles back to back

Retro at Rotherham Show

This brand new attraction will include an eclectic mix of stalls from retro/vintage clothing and homewares to hand-crafted goods and purveyors of tasty treats including pies, brownies and more.

There will also be excellent music throughout both days from the Moonshiners, Brandon Walton, The Mersey Belles and The Rodeos Duo. So, come along and browse the stalls, perhaps treat yourself, and then pull up a hay bail and enjoy the music inside a large colourful carnival-style marquee.

Moonshiners playing and singing live

The Mersey Belles (Saturday & Sunday)

Cousins Nancy and Pearl will take you on a trip down memory lane infusing the ukulele with fabulous renditions of all the classics from the 20s right up to the 50s while making songs from the 20th Century sound even better than they do on the wireless radio!

The Moonshiners (Saturday & Sunday)

Two guys with a passion for music playing well-known songs from the 50s including The Everly Brothers, The Beatles, Elvis Presley and many more artists from the rock ‘n’ roll era. The Moonshiners are accomplished performers with great harmonies and travel all over the UK.

Brandon, a local singer-songwriter and front man for band At the Arcade, will bring a fantastic solo acoustic set to Sunday.

The Rodeos Duo (Saturday only)

A fun & quirky acoustic vintage duo from Manchester, playing covers of well-known songs from the 50s, 60s, 70s up to present day including The Beatles, The Kinks, Bob Dylan, Dusty Springfield and many more.

Saxon and Viking living history group

Suðrjórvík is a Saxon and Viking living history group portraying life in early medieval times. Join them at their camp and see what life would have been like in South Yorkshire over 1,000 years ago.

Children’s Area

Also new for this year is our dedicated children’s area offering live entertainment throughout the weekend from The Maniax and Banana Brain Fun Shows. Plus, there will be great activities including space hoppers, giant games (Jenga, Connect 4, Giant Limbo, Snake & Ladders, Buzz Wire) and deckchairs to relax in and soak up the atmosphere.

The Maniax (Saturday & Sunday)

A fast paced comedy show with plenty of shenanigans and gags. Watch in awe (and participate too!) as a spectacle of chains, padlocks and stunts unfold before your very eye. These mischievous chaps perform an extensive repertoire of mind-boggling tricks, contortions, and laugh-out-loud jokes.

Banana Brain Fun Shows (Saturday & Sunday)

Get set for lots of colourful comedy magic, silliness and puppets including Scruffy the Dog! Banana Brain Fun Shows will delight young and old with lots of audience participation too!
