Rotherham Gateway

A proposed new transport hub to support growth, investment and opportunity

Rotherham Gateway is a long-term transport and regeneration project that aims to improve connections across Rotherham and South Yorkshire.

The project is centred on proposals for a new mainline railway station and tram-train stop at Forge Way, creating an integrated transport hub that supports economic growth, investment and regeneration.

By improving connectivity between communities, businesses and key destinations, Rotherham Gateway could help create new opportunities for residents, attract investment and support the borough's future growth.
