A guide to organising events

If you are organising an event which is to be held on the highway or in a public place, you need to complete an event application form and return it to us with the information requested in the guidance notes.

If your event is approved you will receive a letter confirming that the event can go ahead. There is a £15.50 administrative fee for processing the application and hire charges may be applicable.
