Ad-hoc service requests – 'E-shop'

We can now announce the introduction of an online facility for the payment ad-hoc service fees.

You can already pay your ground rent and service charge online and the online facility will now make it more convenient for you to pay for ad-hoc services which do not fall within the standard provision covered by the annual administration and management service charges.

How to use the e-shop:

  1. First determine the service you want and the amount to pay. You can find a list of ad-hoc services on our website; visit the Payments and Charges section, or contact us if you are unsure
  2. Visit and select the Leasehold Services shop; you can access this quickly by using the filter options provided
  3. Add the amount you need to pay along with your service charge account number, property address and details of the service you want to receive in the relevant boxes; click Add to Basket and then complete the checkout process

Please note that you can add multiple services to your basket, including services not related to your leasehold account, and then pay for them all in one go at the end of the checkout process.
