Come and chat with your leasehold team

We are planning to run a number of ‘open door’ customer drop-in sessions in various locations across the Borough.

These sessions are being introduced to help increase customer involvement and will be an opportunity to come and have a chat with members of the leasehold team with no prior appointment necessary.

We’d like to hear your views about developing the service, but we will be happy to talk about anything leasehold related; you might want to know more about how service charges are calculated for example, or discuss the ‘Section 20’ consultation process.

We expect the sessions to run between January and March next year, and we will write to everyone before the sessions actually start to provide more information.
