Change of details or loss of personal licence
If you have lost your personal licence, or changed details on it such as your name or address you must apply for a replacement. The fee required for a replacement licence is £10.50.
Please also return the A4 paper and plastic card licence. If you are unable to do so please explain why. If the licence was stolen please report the local police and tell licensing the reference number issued to you.
Please either complete the on-line enquiry form or contact licensing for further information to update your licence.
If your licence was issued for ten years initially, please be aware that your licence now lasts indefinitely. There is no requirement for you to renew your licence, only to update it if you have a change to your personal details as above.
