Applying to a substrate, or drying or curing after such application, paint or any other coating material as, or in the course of, a manufacturing activity, where the process is likely to involve the use in any 12-month period of 20 or more tonnes of paint or other coating material which is applied in solid form. (Schedule 1, Part 2, Chapter 6, Section 6.4, Part B, Paragraph (a)(i) of The Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016)
