Draft Supplementary Planning Documents
Supplementary Planning Documents are produced by the Council to provide further guidance to the public, applicants and developers on specific planning policies, and will be used when determining planning applications.
The following draft Supplementary Planning Documents have been produced:
- Draft Affordable Housing SPD
- Draft Community Facilities SPD
- Draft Development Viability SPD
- Draft Natural Environment SPD
- Draft Transport Assessments, Travel Plans and Parking Standards SPD
The Council is now seeking your views on the draft Supplementary Planning Documents during the consultation period which runs from 17 August to 14 September 2020.
