Early bin collections this week - Wednesday 12, Thursday 13 and Friday 14 July

Due to the warm weather we will be starting our collections earlier to help look after our crews. On Wednesday, Thursday and Friday we will begin 1 hour earlier. Please put your bins kerbside by 6am.

How to enter the show

Find out how to enter Made in Rotherham, including classes, deadlines, prizes and rules for exhibitors.

If you grow, bake, make or create, you can enter Made in Rotherham at Rotherham Show 2026.

The show celebrates local talent across vegetables, fruit, flowers, baking, art and crafts. It is open to amateur exhibitors of all experience levels.

The show takes place at Clifton Park on Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 September 2026.

You can enter one or more classes using our online entry form.

If you cannot use the online form, you can download an entry form, complete it and return it by post.

Please allow enough time for your completed form to reach us before the relevant closing date.

Why enter

If you have ever visited a show and thought your work is as good as the exhibits, this is your chance to take part.

Even experienced exhibitors started as beginners. There is nothing to fear, and support is available if you need advice.

Before you enter

Check the class details carefully before entering. You must follow the requirements for:

  • the number of items (specimens)
  • sizes and measurements
  • how your exhibit should be presented

If you need help on the day, speak to the Made in Rotherham team in the marquee.

Entry deadlines

Friday 28 August 2026

The deadline for:

  • Floral art (classes 82 to 85)
  • Tom Heath display (class 122)
  • Quilt or blanket (class 61)

Friday 4 September 2026 at 7pm

The deadline for all other classes.

Entries received on Friday 4 September will be charged an additional 25p per entry.

Entry fees

  • 50p for classes 1 to 81 and 86 to 121
  • 75p for classes 82 to 85
  • No fee for class 122

Entry fees may change in future years.

Entry limits

You can normally enter up to 2 exhibits per class.

The following limits apply:

  • Classes 8, 29, 30, 33 and 122 – 1 exhibit only
  • Classes 101 and 102 – up to 3 exhibits

After you enter

You will need to collect your exhibit cards from Clifton Park Garden House before the show.

Place the correct card with your exhibit and check that all details are accurate.
