Renewals and changes
We will contact you four weeks before your assisted collections end to remind you to renew. If you still require the assisted collection service, you will need to re-apply using the online form below.
Re-apply for assisted collections
If you do not re-apply, your assisted collections will stop. You will then need to put your bins out at the kerbside by 7am on your collection day.
You must also tell us if your circumstances change and you no longer need the service.
