Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP)
Parents and practitioners from early years settings can submit an EHCP request to the Special Educational Needs Assessment Team when needed.
An Early Years Special Educational Needs Support Plan would need to be completed along with evaluated Individual Education Plans.
