You can use this form to apply for help if you are experiencing a financial crisis and need short‑term support.

You will be asked to provide some information to help us understand your situation and assess your application quickly.

You will need to provide:

A short explanation of what has happened and how it is affecting you. Keeping this brief helps us process applications more quickly.
Evidence of the crisis you are experiencing.
Your total monthly household income.
Your total monthly housing costs.
The amount of money your household currently has available across all accounts.
One full month of bank statements for all the bank accounts used by the adults in your household. Online statements and clear photos are accepted.
Proof of address. This must show your name and address. Examples include a utility bill, Council Tax bill, tenancy agreement, driving licence, or recent bank statement.
Bank details including, name of bank, sort code and account number so that payment can be made if successful.
