11 August: Award-winning scheme
The Sheffield Road Cycleways (opens in a new window) and Maltby Bus Corridor (opens in a new window) scheme won the Delivering Value award at the Constructing Excellence Yorkshire and Humber Awards.
The judges recognised the project team’s commitment to delivering meaningful social value to the local community, such as engaging with more than 10,000 local young people to promote STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) careers.
