Introduction
The Council recognises the vital and valuable work our partner organisations carry out in delivering social care and support services across the borough to adults and children. It is the Council’s aim to provide visible support and reassurance during this turbulent period as a result of Covid-19 to all the service providers operating within Rotherham, large or small, whether they be contracted with the Council or not.
The Council is aware that daily contact from officers can be a distraction from your pressing agenda and can be an inconvenience. The Council has therefore created a bespoke web-based portal so you can report by exception when you need to. Here you can also access relevant information easily about Covid-19 related issues and the support that the Council is putting in place.
