Independence support available for unpaid carers
Carers Link Officers help carers in their caring role by:
- providing information and advice
- providing access to community resources
- providing equipment and assistive technology
- supporting with housing and finance
They will carry out a carers assessment with you first, to find out what support you need.
They can help you to access the Carers Emergency Scheme, which offers support if you are unable to provide care.
