Who is a care leaver?
A Care Leaver is a young person aged between 16 and 25 who has previously been in the care of a local authority. The type of support we can offer you will depend on when and for how long you were in care.
You are considered to be a Care Leaver when you reach 16 years old, even though you may not yet have left the care of the Local Authority.
