Community at it's finest
Rotherham Council Tenant Tasha does lots of things in the local community and is involved with the Screen Team and Housing Involvement Panel too.
Tasha is passionate about giving young people a chance and loves to volunteer with Rother Phoenix FC junior Football Team and the New Inn Masborough Football Club.
Chairing the junior team and managing the men's side is no easy feat! And we think it's amazing, and well deserved that Tasha was highly commended at the recent Arch, Community Action Awards 2023.

Celebrating Tenants Voices 2022

A Tenant open day is a chance for you to meet other tenants and talk about things that are important to you.
The next Tenant open day is on: 31st October 2023 at the New York Stadium.
Scrutiny excercise on our communications
The tenant Scrutiny Panel recently did an exercise on how the council should communicate well with our tenants.
One of the recommendations was to create and engaging training exercise for our housing staff.
Screen Team Session
The Screen Team met in September to talk to Lauren from our Marketing Team about making improvements to the Home Matters magazine. They made some fantastic suggestions which were taken on board to influence Novembers edition.
