What is the purpose of this consultation
We want to understand views in Rotherham about climate change and whether a community climate change hub service could help support local action.
We are interested in how actions which reduce the impact of climate change, can also benefit people.
A ‘Community climate change hub service’ could offer support to the community to take action that helps prevent climate change, addresses the cost of living crisis and makes everyone’s lives better.
We are open-minded about what actions to prevent climate change could look like – sometimes this may be a secondary aim of something that mainly benefits people.
We want to hear from people across Rotherham and we welcome responses from all parts of the community – especially if you’re not already doing anything to help nature and climate, we still want to hear from you!
