2014-15 Annual Report
The report gives information about complaints made to the Council from 1 April 2014 to 31 March 2015.
The total number of complaints received by the Council in this period was 693. This is a small increase (3 percent) on the 672 complaints received in the previous year.
As well as formal complaints, the report also gives information on:
- compliments received
- councillors' surgery enquiries
- MPs correspondence received by the Council

2013-14 Annual Report
From 1 April 2013 to 31 March 2014, the Council received 672 complaints. This was a small reduction (0.05 percent) on the previous year.
