Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) for Fitzwilliam Road
Local authorities have been given the authority to establish Public Space Protection Orders (PSPO) as per the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime, and Policing Act 2014.
Public Space Protection Orders are designed to address specific nuisances occurring in specific public areas that negatively impact the quality of life for people using those spaces.
A Public Space Protection Order can remain in effect for a maximum of three years.
Violating a Public Space Protection Order may result in receiving a fixed penalty notice or facing prosecution.
This consultation closes on the 23 May.
We will review all comments and use this information to form recommendations for consideration in July 2025.
