What happens next?
The proposed budget will be scrutinised by the Overview and Scrutiny Management Board on 4th February 2026 before it is considered by Cabinet on 9th February 2026. Cabinet will make a recommendation to Council on its budget proposals.
These proposals will be debated by the Council on 5th March 2026. The agenda for this meeting will be published online on 25th February 2026.
