The proposed changes

This Consulatation is now closed

The policy covers all premises where gambling activity takes place, such as:

  • Betting shops
  • Bingo halls
  • Amusement arcades
  • pubs and clubs

The draft policy inclused a number of key changes, such as additional ways to promote the licensing objectives, clearer assessment of data to inform licensing decisions and introduction of additional information to safeguard children and vulnerable adults.
