Why things need to change
Council is continuing its work to transform learning disability services in Rotherham.
Council agreed to continue to provide day opportunities for those people with a high level of support who need a building.
REACH day services at Elliott Centre and Maple Avenue buildings have issues / problems.

There is money for a new building/s to be built that would provide the best possible facilities for people with a learning disability and autistic people.
