BT are proposing to close the payphone at the junction of Wensleydale and Teesdale Road S61 4BA. The proposal to close this phone box is BT's and not the Council's.
Following an initial consultation, the Council has made a draft decision on the proposed phone box closure.
The draft decision proposes to object to the closure and removal of the payphone.
The Council is now seeking your views on the draft decision. This consultation will close at 5pm on 14 February 2022. Then the Council will consider all objections received and make a final decision whether to consent or object to BT's proposal.
